Description

Wild Rose Cottage is tucked away in the picturesque conservation village of Ashprington surrounded by the history of the 14th Century church and a quaint country inn, ideal if you choose to dine out. Located to the side of a pretty white gate and surrounding by fragrant shrubs and flowers, this delightful cottage sleeps three and retains much of its original charms along with a wood burner for those cosy nights in. The property has a pretty entrance hall, living/dining room, separate kitchen and two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, all tastefully decorated. If you wish for alfresco dining, there is a patio area with outside furnishings along with a coal barbecue for use. This cottage would provide the perfect setting for those wishing for a romantic getaway or a small family. Choose to visit the historic town of Dartmouth or the tranquil estuaries of the River Dart leading to Totnes, the South Hams has so much to offer. Wild Rose cottage also welcomes two behaved dogs to enjoy this wonderful tranquil setting.

Changeover Day: Friday

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Electric and oil is included in the price of the rent. Oil central heating and towel rail in bathroom. Please provide your own logs for the wood burner/coal for the barbecue.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Notes No Smoking. Two Pets allowed but keep downstairs only. WiFi Provided. Mobile phone coverage is poor, telephone is present for emergency calls only. Provide your own wood for use of the wood burner. Sorry, garage not for use

Short Breaks Short breaks accepted in low and mid season. Minimum of 3 nights. 

Warnings. Please be careful of pulling out of the driveway as it has a ridge that could cause damage to the underneath of your car if you pull of straight.
