The Studio @ Cobalt is a newly refurbished modern apartment located in the beautiful seaside town of Dartmouth in South Devon. The Studio apartment has been decorated to a very high standard earning its five star Blueriver Rating, the apartment is centrally located within the town in a road just off the main one way system of Dartmouth. The apartment is less than a minute walk to all of the amenities and local attractions within the town, pick up some fruit for your picnic at Marks and Spencer's Food Hall, drop into the George and Dragon Inn to use your Blueriver Privilege card and enjoy an evening meal or plan your following day adventure of the Steam Paddle boat. The Studio @ Cobalt (BC3051) is connected to Cobalt Cottage (BC0305) and The Cottage and Studio @ Cobalt (BC1485) therefore, if you've enjoyed your couples getaway and fancy a holiday with the whole family book The Cottage and Studio @ Cobalt to sleep up to eight people. Enough room for the whole family. The Studio @ Cobalt can be booked separately sleeping two people, with a open plan kitchen, living and bedroom, a shower room and it's very own entrance and courtyard.
Kitchen/Living/Bedroom: 2 Ring Induction Hob, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator (includes freezer compartment), Wall Mounted 32" Smart TV/DVD Combi with Freeview, Bluetooth Speaker, Two free standing chairs, Chest of drawers, King Size bed (5' may be unzipped to create two twin beds, if you'd like them unzipped please inform us when booking), two wall mounted bedside lamps.
Bathroom: Wall mounted electric shower, hand basin and w.c.
Outside Space: The Studio @ Cobalt has a separate entrance to Cobalt Cottage (BC0305), a paved courtyard is available for the use of The Studio @ Cobalt guests, Metal coal barbeque is available to use (please bring your own coal), a table and two chairs outside are provided.
Parking: A parking permit is provided for all year round use on the Mayor Avenue car park on a first come first serve basis, only a short walk away.
Changeover Day Friday - Arrival 16:00pm - Departure 11:00am
Short Breaks - Short Breaks accepted throughout the whole year. Minimum of 3 nights.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electric heater on wall provided. Electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). If you'd like the bed unzipped for your stay please inform us during booking.

Notes - The Studio @ Cobalt is baby/child friendly property, you are welcome to provide your own infant equipment during your stay, please inform us when booking. Please let us know on booking if you require the zip and link king size bed to be made into two singles. No smoking. Wifi provided. Good mobile signal. Sorry no pets allowed. Washing Facilities are not provided at The Studio @ Cobalt however, less than a 5 minute walk away is the local laundrette.
