Bonne Vue 2 is a wonderful 3 bed apartment based in Brixham and about a 10 minute walk from the Town centre. Brixham Town offers a mix of restaurants, independent shops and beautiful walks along the Breakwater. Bonne Vue 2 is a property suitable for all of the family sleeping up to 5 people, with parking for 1 large car, accepts pets and has the use of a large garden (by arrangement). From the front of the property you can enjoy breathtaking sea views and on a clear day you'll see right across to Torquay and Paignton. It is also roughly 400 yards from the coastal footpath and there's easy pedestrian access to Fishcombe Cove and Battery Gardens. 

Bonne View 2 is an apartment located above Bonne View. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 single bedroom and another single bedroom with a truckle bed. This truckle bed can create a double bed or two separate singles providing a very versatile property for any party. The first floor has the kitchen, living, family bathroom, WC and first single bedroom. The double bedroom, second single (with truckle bed) and some storage space are located on the second floor.


The kitchen houses a wooden family table with bench seating large enough to seat 5 people. It is well equipped with a cafetiere, toaster, kettle, slimline dishwasher, a washer/dryer, fridge with a freezer compartment and a built in cooker with a grill. 


The living room has a free standing chair, free standing lamp, a large chest with activities and blankets inside, a 3 seater leather sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a selection of pull out coffee tables. There is also a large flat screen TV with freeview, a DVD player and a log burner. From the living room you can watch the world go by with the view to the allotments and sea views. 


There are a total of three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor, this is the first single bedroom. It houses a single bed, a bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror and lovely sea views and views of the allotments. 

Bedroom 2 is on the second floor. This has the single bed with the truckle bed, this bed is very versatile, it can create 2 separate singles and a double bed that comes up to the same level. There is also a bedside table and lamp, built in wardrobe space, freestanding chair, a hand basin with a wall mounted mirror and residential views of the window. 

Bedroom 3 is the double bedroom with sea views looking out towards Torquay and Paignton. The storage space is built in, behind the sliding doors, and there are two bedside tables with lamps and a hand basin with a wall mounted mirror. 


The family bathroom is located on the first floor, this has a chest with a range of bath toys, a full length mirror, a wall mounted heated towel rail, a hand basin, a bath with a wall mounted shower and garden views.  The WC is located in a separate room next to the family bathroom. 

Outside Space

Bonne Vue 2 has a beautiful, colourful garden toward the back of the property. This is available for guests use however, this has to be done by arrangement. If you'd like to use the garden please write in and let us know when you're booking. 


Parking is available at the front of the property and is large enough for 1 large car. 

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
